We partner with land owners, developers, and municipalities to bring single-family housing to scale without flattening it into the familiar sameness. Ten units or two hundred — every home gets the same plan review, the same trade crew, and the same finish standard.
Attainable price points are a discipline, not a compromise. We structure JVs with developers, take on full site-to-finish land development, and run ground-up spec programs for established markets.

Mendy is the founder and driving force behind North Port. He sets direction on every engagement, walks every active site, and answers the phone when it matters. The two-division structure — healthcare on one side, residential on the other — is his working philosophy in practice.
